Flip the switch from paper statements to eStatements. Electronic copies of your account statements, eStatements allow you to view, search, save, and print statements while online. No need to store, shred, or worry if your eStatement is lost or stolen in the mail – cutting out the paper trail greatly reduces your chances of becoming a victim of fraud and identity theft.
To sign up for eStatements, click on the “Transactions” menu in Online or Mobile Banking. Read the consent form, enter your email address, and click “I Accept.”
IMPORTANT: You will receive a confirmation email from Sooper Credit Union asking you to confirm your enrollment in eStatements. You must click on the link in the email to complete the enrollment process.

Yes, log in to Online or MobileBanking and click on the “Statements” button. Select “Change Email” and type in your new email address. You must confirm the new email address in order for future email notifications to be sent to the updated address.
You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher to view your eStatements.
No. You can either receive a paper statement or an eStatement. Once you register for eStatements you will no longer receive paper statements.
After you enroll in eStatements, each eStatement will be available for a period of up to 84 months. If you need a copy of a statement faxed or mailed to you for a specific period, please call (303) 427-5005 or toll-free at (888) SOOPER1 during normal business hours.
You can switch back to paper statements anytime. Log in to Online or Mobile Banking, select the “Statement” button under the “Accounts” tab and then select “Discontinue eStatements”. Your cancellation request will take effect immediately.
