Mobile Deposits

Skip the line and deposit checks anytime day or night. Enjoy the ease and convenience of depositing checks straight from your phone. Use your SooperMobile App on your phone to point, click, and deposit checks 24/7. Simply download the app and take advantage of this free service for Sooper Credit Union members.

Set Up Mobile Deposit:

  • Sign into the SooperMobile app.
  • Select “Menu” and then select “Transactions”.
  • Select “Mobile Deposit” Enrollment (link will show for eligible members*).
  • View and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Once your request is approved, we will send you a secure message through the SooperMobile app to let you know that you have access.
  • Enjoy the convenience of Mobile Deposit.

How It Works:

  • Select “Menu”, select “Transactions”, and then select “Deposit Check”.
  • Select the checking account into which you want to make the deposit.
  • Enter the check amount.
  • Select “Capture Image”.
  • Endorse the back of your check clearly with your signature.
  • Underneath the endorsement signature on the back of your check, you must write the words “Sooper Credit Union Mobile Deposit”.
  • Take a photo of the front and back of your check by following the on-screen instructions.
  • Verify that everything on the screen is correct, then hit “Submit Deposit”.
  • Sooper Credit Union will confirm that the check has been received.

Mobile Deposit means you can skip that extra trip to the branch or drive up teller and, instead, make it home in time for dinner. Sign into the SooperMobile app, select “Menu”, then “Transactions”.

*Mobile deposit is subject to eligibility requirements. Ask for details. The SooperMobile App is available for select mobile devices. There is no charge from Sooper Credit Union for the mobile app, however carrier message and data rates may apply. See Mobile Deposit Terms and Conditions for details on availability of funds.

Send money free, safe, and easy.

Unlike other financial institutions or person-to-person (P2P) providers, Sooper Credit Union’s “Send Money” feature is completely free for our members whether sending or receiving money. It’s safe and easy to use with cutting edge security features that will give you peace of mind. You can access this new service through Online and Mobile Banking under “Transactions“.

Travel Notifications

Your security is important to us at Sooper Credit Union. To ensure uninterrupted service while traveling, please provide us with your travel information prior to your trip. This will reduce the likelihood that your Mastercard® Debit or Credit Card is blocked due to unusual activity.

Because of the growth of international card fraud, Sooper Credit Union has limited (or blocked) use of  Debit and Credit Cards in certain countries to protect you from becoming a victim of fraud. The following is a list of all countries that are blocked: China, Cuba, Iran, Mexico, Myanmar (Burma), Sudan, Syria, and Turkey.

Travel Notification from Sooper Credit Union keeps members safe from harm and free from worry whether visiting cousins in the hills or long lost relatives 10 time zones away.  Please contact Member Care via Chat, or call (303) 427-5005 or (888) SOOPER1 to inform us of your travel plans, or add a travel notification through Online or Mobile Banking by selecting “Services“, then “Travel Notification“.
